User Activity Report

Purpose

Review login and user activity analytics for a selected date range.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to EisenVault One.
  • Your account has permission to view the User Activity Report.
  • You can open Reports from the left navigation.

Before You Begin

The User Activity Report focuses on how users interact with EisenVault One: sign-ins, session patterns, and related activity metrics. Administrators use it to monitor adoption and investigate unusual access patterns.

Regular users may see a narrower view than system administrators, depending on reporting permissions.

Run the User Activity Report

  1. Open Reports from the left navigation.
  2. Open the report type selector and choose User Activity Report.
  3. Set the Date Range, then apply the filter.
  4. Review the activity table. Use column sorting and pagination for long result sets.
  5. Export the report when export is enabled for your role.

Expected Result

  • EisenVault One shows user activity for the selected period.
  • The table updates when you change the date range or pagination.
  • Export downloads CSV or Excel when permitted.
