Regular User Guide
This guide is for everyone who uses EisenVault One day to day: browsing departments and folders, uploading and managing documents, searching content, working with notifications, and completing workflow tasks when your organization enables them.
Who This Guide Is For
Use this guide if you work with documents in EisenVault One but do not administer users, groups, or system settings. Your available actions depend on the content roles assigned to you on each department, folder, or document.
Where to Start
- Log in and review the Dashboard.
- Learn to navigate Files & Folders and upload documents.
- Use Search to find content across your organization.
- Configure Profile & Preferences for locale, theme, and email alerts.
