Active Users

Purpose

Identify users who signed in during the dashboard date range. The Active Users overview card shows the count; the Active Users list shows each username, email, and last activity timestamp.

Note: This action may require administrator privileges.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to EisenVault One as a system administrator.
  • You can open Dashboard from the left navigation.

Before You Begin

  • Active Users counts users with login activity in the selected period.
  • Compare with Inactive Users to find accounts that may need follow-up.
  • Click the Active Users card to open the list.

View Active Users

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Set the date range, then click Apply Filter.
  3. Note the Active Users count.
  4. Click the card.

Work with the Active Users List

On the Active Users page:

  1. Confirm the subtitle Users with login activity in the selected period.
  2. Sort by Username, Email, or Last Activity Date.
  3. Click a username to open the user profile when your permissions allow it.
  4. Use pagination for larger directories.
  5. Click Back to return to the dashboard.
